Who We Are
We are a group of GP practices from across Somerset who have pledged to come
together in a Co-operative organisation to develop health commissioning to its
maximum. We have formed a Company Limited by Guarantee to give a corporate structure
to enable the process of commissioning to flourish as the Practices wish.
We will be an interface between Practices and PCT.
Please note that WyvernHealth.Com was officially wound up on 31 March 2011 but this website will remain active until the Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group has a website.
The Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group was established on 1 June 2011 as a sub-committee of NHS Somerset with a membership including GP delegates from the nine GP federations in Somerset; a Practice Manager; a LMC observer; NHS Somerset directors; Local Authority and patient representation.
