Commissioning cannot be successful unless the activity data is reliable. Working with Somerset PCT we have developed a PBC dashboard for practices to use to inform commissioning and to monitor secondary care activity. The dashboard serves as a tool communicate a practice's PBC performance, co-ordinating messages and actions, and act as a supported gateway to all available PBC information.
